Restoring Miranda, Torquay, Wadawurrung Country

Transforming an older gem into a sanctuary with an open, bright and functional layout.

Drawing upon the white, blue and sandy tones of the coast, this home is now outfitted with expansive prep areas in both the kitchen and bathrooms featuring sculptural elements and brass fixtures. Durable, sustainable and high end finishes bring refinement and tactility to the project.

"We wanted to create a space that was not only beautiful but also practical," says Director Jessica Murray. "The detailing of this project highlight how small decisions can have great impacts."

This renovation project included transforming a dysfunctional kitchen space, as well as its incorrectly sized powder room and bathrooms. The result is an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for entertaining guests or spending quality time with your family.

The combination of natural elements with modern touches make this space welcoming yet timelessly stylish. The use of warm wood accents throughout give the home character while providing a comfortable feel.
