This is our bespoke pre design service that sets your project up for success. Together we formulate a solid brief which is the foundation for a project to be completed ON TIME and ON BUDGET.

You can have your site reviewed by an experienced Architect and discover your best option in 4 easy steps.
Your custom Holistic Home Report can save you thousands of dollars by eliminating brief uncertainty which leads to expensive changes late in the process.

Make a 60 minute appointment to speak with our Director, Jessica Murray. We will discuss the vision you have for your project and work together to refine the concept and discuss the scope of services required.
By the end of this service you will receive;:
A thorough questionnaire to better define the project scope and brief.
A document beautifully displaying a comprehensive array of images from precedent studies, materials, fixtures and detailing that align with the overall vision.
Schedules prepared for your Builder or selected tradespeople for implementation of finishes and fixtures.
